ROOF SLATING
At Kellock Roofing we can supply and fix any type of slate regardless of the project size. We only fit high quality slate products such as Cupa, Welsh and SSQ. We can also source second hand slate to carry out refurbishment works.

ROOF TILING
At Kellock Roofing we recommend Redland tiles due to the quality and service provided by the manufacturer. Also available Marley, Russell, Sandtoft, Quinn and others on request.

SINGLEPLY ROOFING
We are currently invested in training in this roofing sector as we see singleply roofing as the way forward instead of traditional built up felt roof. We supply and fit FDT Rhepanol and Renolit, both of which we are approved contractors to install.

LEADWORK / METAL ROOFING
We employ our own leadwork division, where works are carried out to Lead Sheet Association regulations. We also supply and fit decra roof systems.

PLASTER, RENDER, SCREEDING
We have a division which carries out plastering, rendering and screeding all to the highest standards required. We use Powerwall and Weber for plastering and renders. For screeding we use Cemex.

ROOF MAINTENANCE
We offer a roof maintenance service to carry out inspections and repairs to properties required.
We also offer a services of Slate Recovery where we will purchase the best quality second hand slate for future projects.

ANNUAL MAINTENANCE PROGRAMME
One visit per year with full report on condition of:
- Roof coverings to pitched and flat roofs
- Gutters/downpipes
- Chimneys i.e. render and stonework
- Leadwork to valleys etc
Included within our fixed price:
- Inspection Report
- Fully detailed photographs if required
- Gutters cleaned
Prices from £75.00 plus VAT, dependent on location and size of property
Clients who sign up to our Annual Maintenance Programme will receive priority service and reduced rates for works that are required to be carried out.
